Join us for our Revive & Reset Day Retreat at the beautiful Parkgate Farm in Stockport. This special day retreat from 10am through to 4pm will give you the opportunity to escape and switch off from the day to day, look inwardly and make time just for yourself, focussing on cleansing the mind and body and leaving feeling revived and reset.
 
The day will begin at 10am and includes:
 
Meet up with tea and coffee on arrival.
Meditation.
Guided Breath-work session.
Guided Cold water dip/ Ice bath in your own pod.
Movement & play.
Soundbath.
Live music and a wholesome lunch.
Chat and digest the event with your fellow humans.
 
Please bring with you, comfortable clothing, swimwear, towel, woollen hat, waterproof gloves/ and or water shoes & dry robe (optional). 
You will be undercover, but please bring weather appropriate clothing, as you will be outdoors. Rain will not stop play.

I the attendee take full responsibility for my own health and wellbeing including any injuries, ailments or after effects that may occur during or after breathwork and/or cold water exposure during this retreat.
