Cancellation Policy

1. Should the client cancel a session, 48 hours' notice is required wherever possible. If I do not hear from a client to cancel prior to a session, payment will still be expected. 2. Clients arriving/logging on 15 minutes or more after their due time will not be seen and the appointment will be rebooked for the following week. 3. We will do all we can to ensure that the client is inconvenienced as little as possible through missed, changed or delayed appointments and will give a minimum of 24 hours' notice of any cancelled sessions wherever possible. I will inform clients during the initial session of any pre-booked time off. The fee cannot be transferred to any other session or event.
